Where are you based?

We are a UK-based boutique. We source and curate premium products from visionary independent designers like Hygmeow and monchéri to bring unique, high-quality pet essentials to the UK market.

Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the UK, with no minimum spend required. We believe getting your favorite pet products delivered should be simple and cost-effective.

Our Free Standard Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive once your order has been processed. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

If you need your items sooner, we offer a Paid Express Shipping upgrade at checkout. Selecting this option prioritizes your order for faster dispatch and delivery, usually arriving within 1–2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only focus on serving our UK customers. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout or contact us for specific international inquiries.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s journey.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at contact-us@atoandco.com within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please visit our Refund Policy page or email our support team. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like used beds or pet bowls may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
